How do I access courses on iOS?

Go to: https://study.superspeciality.guru/s/store & select the course you want to subscribe. Make payment. Login to your iOS or android app. The course should be visible in ‘My Courses’ section.

How do I read the solutions for the MCQs?

We believe in learner initiated learning. That is why we have created a virtual quiz in every chapter. First the learner has to go through the entire quiz & mark the answers. After submitting the quiz, the solution will be visible. If you do not wish to go through the entire quiz, just submit the quiz at any point & in the next screen you will find all the solutions to the questions.

Is there any limit to the number of devices from which the course can be accessed ?

Yes, you can access the course through only two devices. It is by default the first two devices that you have used. If you wish to add a new device (thereby deleting the access from the older device), write us on help@superspeciality.guru

I am unable to access the Course, what should I do?

Make sure that you are using the same email ID that was used while creating the account. Write us on help@superspeciality.guru if the problem persists.

I have issues with Login, what should I do?

You can click on Forgot Password link to reset your password from the login screen. We will send the new password to your registered email address. Try to login with the new password. If the issue still persists, drop an email to help@superspeciality.guru with the issue details.
